Refund Policy

The short version. Ask within 30 days of buying and you get all your money back, no reasons needed. Your scripts and recordings are yours to keep either way.
1. The 30-day refund
If OnScript is not what you expected, email support@useonscript.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. You do not have to explain why.
We would rather know what went wrong, because it usually points at something we should fix — but a refund is never conditional on telling us.
2. How to ask
Email support@useonscript.com from the address your licence is registered to, or quote the order reference from your receipt. That is all we need to find the purchase.
3. When you will get it
We start the refund within 2 working days of your request. Once we do, the money returns by the route you paid, and your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it lands — usually 5 to 7 working days, sometimes longer for international cards. That last step is not something we control.
4. What happens to your licence
A refunded licence stops working, so voice following turns off. Everything you made keeps working: your scripts, folders, saved versions and any video you recorded stay on your Mac, in your own folders, and are yours to keep.
5. Before the 30 days are up
There is a free three-day trial with no payment details required, so you can find out whether OnScript follows your voice the way you need before spending anything. We would rather you tried it first than bought and refunded.
6. Cancellation
A licence is a single payment covering one year. Nothing renews automatically — we do not store your card and cannot charge you again. There is no subscription to cancel: when the year ends, you decide whether to buy another.
7. Anything else
If your purchase went wrong in some way this page does not cover — charged twice, no licence arrived, payment taken but nothing delivered — email support@useonscript.com and we will put it right.
